I started this page solely as a personal mission to eat better, improve my fitness and track my progress. That being said, feedback is always awesome and I hope to explore other blogs for inspiration (don’t worry, I always credit).
Ultimately, my goal is to become a pro at making my own recipes and creating my own workout routines. I also want to use this blog to experiment with different kinds of health, not just generic clean eating and strength training. I plan on exploring meditation, yoga, various types of dieting and much more.
